How to Check Your Customer’s Credit on MyTriumph

Checking your customer’s credit takes a few seconds, but it could protect your business in the long run. We recommend checking your customer’s credit daily in case there is an update to their status.

The best way to stay on top of any changes to your current client’s credit status is to make sure you’re signed up for these credit notifications under your profile in MyTriumph. Scroll down for a step-by-step guide on checking your client’s credit. 

Step 1: Log in to your MyTriumph account and select ‘Credit Requests’

Step 2: Enter your client’s information in the fields below.

Step 3: Get immediate feedback on smaller credit limits. Larger requests will require credit analysis. 

Step 4: See your credit check history under the ‘Credit Requests’ tab. 

Can’t find information on your client? Fill out our Customer Credit Request form and our credit department will get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
