The Work Truck Show 

Online Only 

The Work Truck Show is put on by The Association for the Work Truck Industry (NTEA). It’s North America’s largest dedicated work truck event annually. This year, the show is entirely online, with programming from updates on different brands and models to exhibition demos to educational seminars. Attend from anywhere with ease.

The Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition 

Multi-Week Virtual Event 

TMC is the premier North American technical conference for trucking. It includes educational sessions that cover every aspect of vehicle maintenance and design. The full exhibit floor has state-of-the-art technology from industry leaders.

2021 CVSA Virtual Workshop 

Virtual Event 

The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance Workshop is an event dedicated to helping the trucking industry, law enforcement, and government officials continue improving and advancing safety standards in commercial motor vehicles. Events include awards, public forums, and program meetings based on safety standards and improvements.

NPTC Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition 

Cincinnati, OH  

The National Private Truck Council’s Annual Conference and Exhibition features over 175 exhibitors, 75 speakers, 23 workshops, and more than 1250 attendees. Events include everything from safety and certification talks to leadership training and social gatherings.

JULY 8–10, 2021 

Truckers Jamboree 

Walcott, IA 

The annual Truckers Jamboree has taken place every year since 1979. This celebration of America’s truckers occurs in the Walcott World’s Largest Truckstop along Iowa Highway 80. Admission and parking are free, so truckers can feel free to take part in events that include everything from the Iowa Pork Chop Cookout to the Trucker Olympics, along with music, carnival games, and more than 175 exhibits. Other attractions include the Iowa 80 trucking museum and the Super Trucks beauty contest.

CVSA Annual Conference and Exhibition 

Wilmington, DE  

The premier meeting of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, this conference and exhibition provides the opportunity for government officials, enforcement, and industry to gather together to affect meaningful changes to the overall culture of transportation safety throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States. The exhibition includes networking opportunities, in-person program meetings, and an exhibition hall with the newest and best in the trucking industry.

NAFA 2021 Institute & Expo

The National Association Fleet Administrators’ annual Institute & Expo is among the largest gathers of fleet managers and professionals, with something for people in all stages of their careers. The in-person event includes massive exhibition spaces and cutting-edge training, along with keynote speakers to keep you up-to-date.

TCA Annual Convention 

Las Vegas, NV, and Online 

The Truckload Carriers Association’s 83rd Annual Convention is a mass gathering of one hundred suppliers for the trucking industry. This year’s event includes both an in-person exhibition floor and educational sessions along with an online component for watching keynote speakers and participating in discussion groups.

ATA MCE Conference & Exhibition 

Nashville, TN  

The American Trucking Association’s (ATA) Management Conference & Exhibition (MCE) brings together trucking leaders from around the country. Attendees get to join policy discussions, attend educational sessions, and help influence the trucking industry’s development. More than 2,500 of trucking’s top decision-makers attend MCE annually to attend the exhibit hall and participate in events.

NASTC Annual Conference 

Nashville, TN  

The National Association of Small Trucking Companies’ Annual Conference is dedicated to helping small trucking companies thrive by managing their purchasing, analysis, consultation, and advocacy. The goal is to level the playing field and allow member companies to prosper in a competitive industry. Events include educational seminars, safety training, the Grand O Trucking Show, and a full expo.

Mid-America Trucking Show 50th Anniversary 

Louisville, KY 

The Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) is back for its 50th anniversary! Delayed but not denied, the 50th MATS convention will see more than a million square feet of expo space, 1020 exhibitors, and more than 72,000 attendees. Events include educational seminars, social gatherings, and the annual MATS concert.
