  • 2004

    Founded by private investors with distinguished credentials in transportation and commercial finance industries.

  • 2005

    Introduced document imaging and electronic invoice processing to expanded market segments.

  • 2006

    Developed proprietary risk management program that matches factoring servicing protocols to individual client requirements.

  • 2007

    Introduced real-time credit portal – OnlineBrokerCredit.com.

  • 2008

    Extended product line to address owner-operators and freight broker intermediaries.

  • 2010

    Established strategic partnerships with nation’s leading providers of freight matching services, fuel card services, document imaging and workflow solutions.

  • 2012

    Became a member of the Triumph Bancorp group. Equipment Finance and Asset Based Lending divisions were created.

  • 2014

    Expanded factoring services to staffing, oil and gas, government contractors, manufacturing and distribution and other service industries.

  • 2015

    Launched MyTriumph.com, an industry-leading portal built for customers to see/view their accounts and payment status — with complete transparency.

  • 2017

    Launched TriumphPay.com, a payment processing tool that delivers value to every link of the supply chain: brokers, carriers and factors.

  • 2018

    Acquired Texas-based factoring company, Interstate Capital Corp.

  • 2020

    Acquired Chattanooga-based factoring company, Transportation Factoring Services.

  • 2022

    The launch of Triumph, offering factoring, insurance, and equipment finance under one name.
